Snugness is provided by a faux fur-lined upper and a quilted lower lining. The integral hood is also lined with fur, allowing you to cocoon yourself against the seasonal elements. Insulated padding ensures warmth, while fully taped seams guarantee dryness.

A lovely warm jacket, purchased for my mum. Great length for petite person (5ft).
Lovely colour too - mum is registered blind - so needs colours that she can differentiate in the wardrobe.

It's a good quality coat, and the only thing I would say is that the sleeves are too long. I am a 5' 6" tall and a size 14-16. I tried both the size 14 and the size 16 (both had sleeves too long) and settled on the 16 (the 14 fit ok, but was a bit too close a fit for me). I decided to keep the coat as it was good in all other respects.
